The information below will assist you as you make your final plans for APAO Sydney.
Register on Sunday afternoon and join us for the Opening Ceremony which commences at 1800hrs in Bayside Auditorium of the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Please be seated by 1545hrs.

When to register |
The APAO Sydney 2011 Congress Registration Desk will be located on Parkside Promenade of the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre. We advise all delegates to arrive for registration from 1500hrs onwards on Sunday afternoon to ensure your name badge and delegate materials are collected before the Opening Ceremony commences at 1800hrs.
The Registration Desk will be open at the following times during the Congress:

The Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre is located on Darling Drive, Darling Harbour.

Parking |
The Exhibition Centre car park is conveniently located off Darling Drive. The car park has direct access to the venue and the many attractions and facilities available in Darling Harbour.

Speakers' Preparation Room |
All speakers are asked to check into the Speakers' Preparation Room at least three (3) hours prior to their presentation. However, it is recommended speakers register at the Speakers' Preparation Room the day before their presentation. The Speakers' Preparation Room is located in Bayside Terrace on Level 2 in the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The Speakers' Preparation Room will be open at the following times:
